Bose L1 - Model II

The Bose personalized amplification system is an entire PA system in one compact, portable and easy to setup system. The system stands 2m tall and sits behind you on stage, that’s right, you put the microphone in front of the speakers only to find there is no feedback. With the L1 system what the performer hears is exactly what the audience hears, with the new model II system radiating at a full 180 degrees and losing 3dB every time you double your distance from the L1 you can be assured of clear even sounds throughout any venue. The system sets up in minutes and can be packed down to fit in the front seat of a car. What would normally take two roadies in a small truck 3 hours to setup and sound check can now take the performer themselves minutes. | Model II has had significant upgrades from the previous model, the most notably is the powerstand has been reduced both in size and weight, making it even more portable. The connections have been taken away from the back of the unit and put into a new component called the Tone Match Audio Engine. This new control unit has even more felxability with 3 mic/line inputs and a dedicated stereo channel. Each input has a separate output for recording as well as a master output for inhouse PA use in bigger venues. The Tone Match Audio Engine has expanded presets direct from instrument manufactures such as Taylor guitars, Audix microhones and Line 6 guitar processors. But the best feature Model II has is the on-board DSP processing with in the Tone Match Engine. Each channel can select an EQ preset, effects such as reverb, delay, chorus and flange as well as compression limiting and parametric EQ. This expanded processing gives the user endless amount of adjustment and configurations, and once youve found your perfect configuration simply save the setup for next time. Overall the Bose personalized amplification system is the complete solution to every performer in any situation. This unique system must be seen to be believed. Model II is a great improvment on looks and features and is sure to be an exciting upgrade for existing users |
